Our support and sales teams handle the relationship between Techaven, its customers, and its sellers. That means answering real questions, resolving real problems, and improving the buying experience based on what customers actually report. It's not a scripted call centre role.

Operations keeps the order process running from the moment a seller confirms stock to the moment a customer confirms receipt. If you like logistics, problem-solving under time pressure, and work that has a clear daily outcome, this team is the engine of what Techaven does.
Product
Technology and Product
The tech team builds and maintains the Techaven platform. Current stack is Node.js/Express on the backend with Supabase for the database and a React frontend. If you're a developer interested in building something used daily by real customers in Malawi, not just side projects, we want to hear from you.
Marketing
Marketing, Content, and Social Media
The marketing team explains what Techaven does, helps customers shop smarter, and builds the platform's presence in Malawi's digital spaces. If you write well, understand how Malawian audiences consume content online, and can produce material that's useful rather than just promotional, this team has real work for you.
Sellers
Seller Onboarding and Relationship Management
This team brings new electronics sellers onto the platform, helps them list products accurately, and supports them as they grow their digital sales channel. You'll work directly with electronics businesses across Malawi.
